Job Summary
Inspect all project aspects to determine scope, conduct precise measurements at each job site, and confirm product orders. Communicate agreements between the company and customer, analyze legal requirements for licensing and permits, and negotiate alternative terms directly with clients. Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors while ensuring projects complete to spec and safety regulations are followed. Maintain high workmanship standards and develop effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Drive to and between sites as needed. Full-time role with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of Project Management Experience
- Professionalism

- Resourceful problem solving abilities
- Highly evolved customer service skills

- strong window measurement experience for residential replacement windows
- Weekends as needed
