Lead complex healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout, collaborating with owners, designers, and contractors. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, managing project budgets and timelines, overseeing construction progress, and identifying risks. Requires a degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, along with 10+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in project management software.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of building, design, and construction experience
- Construction field experience on large-scale healthcare/institutional work
- Knowledge of construction best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant
- Construction cost estimating experience
- Experience with vertical construction, high density or high profile projects
- Familiarity with BIM
Additional Requirements
- Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Metro Detroit area or be willing to relocate for this opportunity
