Job Summary
Construction Project Manager (Healthcare) leads and manages healthcare construction projects from inception through completion as part of Marand Builders, Inc. Responsibilities include overseeing ground-up healthcare projects, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, preparing and managing project documents and schedules, controlling costs and reporting, ensuring compliance with building codes and LEED requirements, administering shop drawings/submittals/subcontracts/purchase orders, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years PM experience in commercial construction, ability to manage multiple projects, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with MS Office and project reporting software, travel up to 30%, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- Proven knowledge in commercial building and construction and related sectors
