Job Summary
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion for healthcare-focused builds. Lead and coordinate large teams of staff and subcontractors, interfacing with stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources with construction management software, and ensure OSHA safety compliance and quality control through site inspections. Travel to project sites around the US (limited overnight travel) while based at the Nashville, TN HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of substantial experience contributing to commercial projects consisting of complex medical, mission critical or other technical construction
- Comfortable leading sizable teams of staff and sub-contractors; interfacing with stakeholders; coordinating with municipal and regulatory authorities; building relationships with key participants
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on-site
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly
- Daily duties at HQ's in Nashville, TN and limited overnight travel to project sites around the US
