Job Summary
Manage the full project lifecycle from estimating through completion by drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, building submittal logs in Procore, and producing packages for subcontractor review. Enter and maintain RFI's, complete quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam, and utilize a Total Station for accurate site measurements. Assist with sourcing, pricing, and purchasing materials while managing inventory and distribution of fixtures and finishes. Request, receive, and upload subcontractor Certificates of Insurance to maintain Procore tracking. Work closely with client representatives and stakeholders to oversee sustainable Deep Energy RetroFit and Passive House residential construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sustainable construction
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DER or Occupied Rehab experience
- Engineering degree
- Experience with Total Station
