Job Summary
Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects for a hybrid Miami-based role. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting and pre-construction, procurement and contracting, project execution, quality and health & safety compliance, documentation, handover and cross-functional collaboration. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, knowledge of retail construction, supplier/contract management, and strong MS Office with advanced English. Experience with external suppliers and multi-stakeholder coordination in a retail/real estate environment is expected. The role reports to Construction Manager and is based in Miami with hybrid work arrangement; salary around $121,955.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar
- Project Management certifications meriting
- Supplier and contract management
- Experience in retail construction, facility management and/or real estate
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Advanced English level
- Experience from managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations
- Experience from working in a role with several stakeholders
- Experience from large international organization is meriting
