Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager role responsible for leading end-to-end retail construction projects, including budgeting, contracting, permits, planning, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient outcomes. The hybrid role is based in New York and reports to the Construction Manager. Key duties include preparing budgets and business cases, conducting site surveys and risk analyses, developing detailed project plans, aligning with Leasing and Legal on contractual obligations, procuring and managing external contractors, ensuring contracts and payment schedules meet governance standards, overseeing health & safety, tracking progress through site visits and meetings, maintaining documentation in systems like Planon (LIMA), and delivering structured handovers to Facility Management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar, project management experience, supplier/contract management, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Advanced English; retail construction/real estate experience is preferred.
