Job Summary
Construction Project Manager for Las Vegas division leading multi-discipline design and construction teams across hospitality, retail, and entertainment projects. Responsibilities include managing project scope and lifecycle from feasibility through turnover, reviewing A/E design documents for constructability, coordinating with Owner/Architect/Contractors/Subcontractors, developing and maintaining development budgets and schedules, preparing field work procedures, supervising contracting personnel, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to the project safety plan, and mentoring Assistant PMs/Coordinators. Requires 5+ years in construction or related field, experience across civil/structural/architectural/electrical/mechanical/plumbing disciplines, and proficiency with Windows/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; familiarity with Prolog, AutoCAD, Suretrack, and Microsoft Project is desired. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred and should be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or related field (desired)
- OSHA 30 hour certification preferred (must obtain within 3 months of hire)
