Construction Project Manager - Global Facilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities for EPC and program-management projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls; negotiate and manage prime/subcontracts and change orders; develop project plans, schedules, and staffing plans; manage client relationships, risk reviews, and documentation turnover; coordinate RFP/bid processes, subcontractor management, and procurement; collaborate with engineering to deliver engineering deliverables per schedule; supervise project reporting, insurance, taxes/duties, licensures, and bonding; mentor interns and construction staff; manage multi-discipline coordination and field operations across global practices; ensure permits, audits, and closeout activities are completed in alignment with project objectives; travel to project sites as required.
