Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day construction activities for EPC/Construction Management projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls. Lead development of project plans, staffing, risk reviews, and procurement plans; manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and RFP/bid processes. Cultivate client relationships, prepare reports and budget forecasts, and coordinate with engineering to deliver engineering deliverables. Provide mentorship and training to interns and construction staff; drive project turnover, warranty administration, and closeout, while ensuring compliance with safety programs and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction
