Job Summary
Leading substantial Fire Controls construction projects valued at $1M+ on customer sites; accountable for profitable execution, on-time delivery, contract scope adherence, and positive cash flow; interfaces with Owners, sales managers, branch installation managers, and cross-functional teams; develops project schedules, evaluates contract scope changes, negotiates change orders, manages costs and billings, ensures safety and compliance, and drives proactive risk management and customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, scheduling proficiency (MS Project), and travel up to 40%; Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and five years of PM experience in building construction; PMI/PMP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or Associate’s Degree with equivalent work-related experience
