Job Summary
Lead residential exterior production in the field by directing crews, managing daily priorities, and enforcing quality standards across roofing, siding, windows, and doors. Control jobsite logistics including access, safety, staging, and debris management while coordinating labor, materials, permits, and inspections. Perform staged inspections from tear-off to punch-list closeout to ensure manufacturer-level details and prevent callbacks. Build and maintain look-ahead schedules, verify material quantities and lead times, and execute change orders without disrupting the project. Track labor and subcontract costs to protect gross margin, confirm milestone completion for payment collection, and document all updates, decisions, and photos daily. Provide homeowners with clear status updates, next steps, and impact notifications regarding access, noise, or schedule changes. Manage 3–5 simultaneous projects across Nassau, Suffolk, and Brooklyn with a focus on profitability, on-time completion, and a professional client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Construction background
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word required)
