Job Summary
Construction Project Manager at Exceptional Roofing, LLC. Full-time, in-person role based in Murray, KY. Oversees all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with foremen, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors. Acts as primary client liaison, maintains project documentation (reports, change orders, submittals, RFIs), ensures safety compliance per OSHA and company standards, and travels to job sites regularly. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in common office and project management tools. Travel and occasional overnight stays are required. OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or carpentry
- 2–3 years of project management experience
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple crews and vendors
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and job site processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight for job sites
