Job Summary
Manage end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning, overseeing permitting, utility coordination, design review, and construction across multiple simultaneous sites. Build detailed project plans balancing speed-to-energization, construction cost, and grid capacity constraints while tracking critical path milestones to resolve blockers before impacting go-live timelines. Partner directly with utility providers for power availability assessments and energization scheduling, navigate zoning requirements and environmental compliance across multiple AHJs, and maintain regulatory tracking systems to ensure zero compliance gaps. This role requires 4-8 years of experience in commercial charging infrastructure and is based in the Los Angeles office, where all teams work onsite five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in commercial charging infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of development budgets, project economics, underwriting, and feasibility analysis
- Experience preparing executive presentations and investment committee materials
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- This role is based in our Los Angeles office location
- All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
