Job Summary
Construction Project Manager / Estimator with 3+ years of commercial construction experience; manages projects end-to-end from preconstruction through closeout, prepares estimates and scopes of work, coordinates with clients, subcontractors, architects, and consultants, reviews plans and project docs for constructability, tracks budgets and subcontractor costs, supports scheduling and procurement, participates in business development, and leads closeout activities. Proficient in MS Office and Bluebeam; experience with Procore and AutoCAD is a plus. Open to direct hire, contract-to-hire, or contract; office-based in the Twin Cities metro (Eden Prairie, MN).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating
- General contractor experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, or related construction software is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and follow-through
