Construction Project Manager

Lead project team leadership from preconstruction through completion, developing scopes of work, managing procurement, and establishing project schedules, milestones, and standards. Plan, direct meetings, write contracts, and handle budgeting to ensure profitability while reviewing contractor invoices, change orders, and project budgets. Establish communication flows with design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and facilitate job meetings with the Owner, architects, and related parties. Develop and nurture project team performance, ensure thorough documentation, and collaborate with the Project Superintendent to maintain schedule, safety, and quality expectations. Participate in marketing and business development activities.
