Job Summary
Own full project lifecycle for mid- to large-scale electrical construction projects, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution, schedule, and financial performance. Lead pre-planning, subcontracting, change order pricing, and coordination efforts while supporting field leadership to ensure efficient project delivery. Manage client relationships, contractual scope, and communication to drive successful outcomes and repeat business. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and variance reporting to ensure projects remain on track. Partner with superintendents, APMs, and internal departments to allocate resources, mitigate risk, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects with ownership of complex scopes
- Strong electrical technical aptitude, including understanding systems, pricing change orders, and supporting field execution
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, often totaling $10M+ in combined project value
- Proven ability to build client relationships and lead diverse project teams with autonomy and accountability
- Background in industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial electrical work strongly preferred
