Job Summary
Construction Project Manager responsible for representing the owner's interests throughout the lifecycle of a construction project, collaborating with the Project Executive to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, preparing RFPs, managing a construction management team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring project deliverables, cost control, schedule adherence, and thorough documentation for client/owner communications; supports include coordinating meetings with stakeholders, tracking progress, and preparing financial and risk reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred; equivalent allowed)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry
- Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Master planning, project development, all phase management, construction estimating, schedules, budget management, project controls
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management information system(s)
- Professional certifications such as PMP/CCM are advantageous
