Manage field staff and oversee construction projects within the NYC metropolitan area, requiring prior experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, or NYC Public Agency projects. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering, or NICET IV Certification with 6+ years of relevant experience, including specific Site Manager experience. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $155,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification
- 6+ years' relevant experience
- Site Manager experience
- Must have the ability to manage field staff and work as a team player
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
