Job Summary
Lead and coordinate design-build construction projects in hotels, multi-family, and healthcare sectors; develop basis of design, target values, and cost estimates; manage project scope, schedule, and budget; review plans, drawings, and specifications for constructability and design intent; facilitate coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners during design and preconstruction; participate in design reviews, site visits, and milestone meetings; support closeout activities and lessons-learned initiatives. Requires 5+ years of hands-on design-build experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with a team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role with hands-on design-build exposure
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and scheduling practices
- Experience with hospitality, multi-family, healthcare, or institutional construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a team
