Job Summary

Lead Project Teams through the full life cycle of ground-up construction projects from estimating through final close-out. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality control; act as primary company representative to Owners, clients, and owner reps; enforce safety practices and regulatory compliance; review subcontractor proposals and oversee performance to ensure adherence to contracts. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals; monitor weekly Look Ahead progress and address current and potential issues. Required Qualifications

  • High school required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of construction experience (construction schedule, cost control, project accounting, logistics planning, project management)
