Job Summary
Lead Project Teams through the full life cycle of ground-up construction projects from estimating through final close-out. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality control; act as primary company representative to Owners, clients, and owner reps; enforce safety practices and regulatory compliance; review subcontractor proposals and oversee performance to ensure adherence to contracts. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals; monitor weekly Look Ahead progress and address current and potential issues. Apply industry best practices, innovate where possible, and uphold the company’s integrity and ethics while driving project success across Ohio. Required Qualifications
- High school required
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of construction experience (construction schedule, cost control, project accounting, logistics planning, project management)
