Job Summary
Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects, overseeing coordination from field verification through final turnover. Oversee the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation. Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to verify completeness and compliance. Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting milestones while monitoring schedules to identify risks and drive corrective actions. Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to resolve discrepancies and ensure all closeout requirements are met accurately and on time.
