Construction Project Manager

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through close-out, coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools while leading weekly construction meetings and providing status updates to leadership. Review and approve contracts, change orders, and pay applications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control, manage RFI and submittal processes, and resolve conflicts in the field or with stakeholders. Provide accurate forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, or MS Project. Posted minimum pay is $135,000 and maximum is $140,000 annually.
