Job Summary
Construction Project Manager responsible for coordination and managing commercial glazing and facade projects up to 10 stories; responsibilities include budgeting, cost estimating, and project management with expertise in curtain wall, storefront, and exterior panel construction. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage workflows from work orders to purchase orders for subcontracts typically ranging from $500k-$4M (avg $1.5M). Prepare detailed project proposals with labor, materials, and equipment costs; conduct on-site visits; review schematics and drawings; issue material quotes and supplier purchase orders; prepare shop and field work orders; support submittals under the guidance of the Project Manager. This is an in-office position with rare site visits; standard schedule is Mon-Thu 6:30am-4:00pm and Fri 6:00am-3:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 4+ years related field experience
- Proficient with construction software - Procore, Blue Beam, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation
- Experience in budgeting and construction management
- Reading Comprehension of Architectural Floor Plans, Details, and Specifications relative to our Products, and Shop Drawings is preferred
