Construction Project Manager - Condo

Job Summary
Manage the entire life-cycle of specific condo construction projects, ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution, while defining scope, acquiring resources, and supervising team efforts. Establish project charters, conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses, and plan timelines using appropriate software tools to ensure delivery within budget and specifications. Organize project teams, negotiate for required skill sets, and implement formal change management programs to track progress and resolve conflicts. Monitor third-party workers, produce regular status reports, and conduct postmortems to identify improvements. Requires a University degree in Civil Engineering, five years of project management experience, and familiarity with Jonas software. Travel is required, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- experience in Residential and ICI Sector
- 5 years of direct work experience in project management
- Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods
- Familiarity with Jonas project management software
- Ability to assess corporate climate, socio-economic factors, trends, and other criteria to determine chances of project success
- Intuitive grasp of organizational structure in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary resource allocation
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills
- Superb creation and facilitation of meetings, feedback sessions, and briefings in order to create consensus among stakeholders
- Able to effectively communicate with all types of staff, including technical, professional, and upper management
- Strong knowledge of financial management, technology management, and internal controls
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Persuasive and motivating, with a strong focus on managing consultants
- Travel is required
- Overtime as required

- Able to attend and conduct presentations
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
