Seeking a Construction Project Manager at Concraft to oversee projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder communication, requiring a bachelor's degree and 1 year of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
- OSHA 30 certification
- 1 year of experience as a construction project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industry
- Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process
- Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Desired Qualifications
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued
- Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
- Knowledge of Xactimate and project management software
