Job Summary
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and subcontractor procurement while ensuring safety compliance and cost control. Lead teams of project engineers and superintendents, conduct regular jobsite inspections, and resolve conflicts to deliver safe, high-quality results on projects exceeding $25 million. Cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate repeat work. Work from offices and project sites between Milwaukee and Madison.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing commercial construction projects while leading collaborative teams
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects—ideally in healthcare, education, institutional, or mixed-use markets
- Strong business acumen and working knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, and bidding
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration software
- Willingness to work from offices and project sites between Milwaukee and Madison
