Job Summary
Construction Project Manager for a woman-owned design-build/general contracting firm in Central Pennsylvania. Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating owners, architects, and design partners; manage multiple concurrent projects, develop CPM schedules, oversee submittals, RFIs, procurement, and field coordination; ensure milestones, budgets, and CO completion; enforce safety and quality control; collaborate with Superintendents to drive successful project execution and closeout.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore
- MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AIA contracts
- CPM scheduling
