Job Summary
Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings/specs/bid documents to determine scope and cost, preparing detailed estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, assisting with bid/proposal development, developing and managing project schedules and budgets, generating RFIs/submittals/change orders/purchase orders, coordinating subcontractors/vendors/field personnel, conducting site visits, ensuring work aligns with scope, safety requirements, and quality standards, and tracking production and project milestones while reporting to leadership and clients. Requires OSHA knowledge and ability to travel to active regional job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing commercial construction projects
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, or large-scale construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents
- Experience preparing project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost breakdowns
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, and construction documentation
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and building codes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams throughout all phases of construction
- Ability to travel to active regional job sites as needed
- Base salary in the 90k – 120k/year range
