Job Summary
Construction Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage municipal Buildings, Roadways, and facilities projects under the Director of Public Services. Oversees project development from needs assessment through closeout, assists in selecting consultants, coordinates permitting, monitors workmanship and conformance to specifications, administers project documents, develops project scope and budget to bid out projects, prepares and negotiates contracts with consultants and service providers, and oversees RFPs/RFQs. Requires strong knowledge of construction management, building codes, and budgeting; must have a BS degree in a related field and 5–7 years of progressive experience; proficient with Primavera (or equivalent), RS Means (or equivalent), MS Office, Adobe; AutoCAD a plus; strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Regular attendance and punctuality expected; travel to project locations may occur.

- Bachelor of Science degree in business, management, construction management, civil engineering or related field
