Construction Project Manager - CIPP

Job Summary
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure projects meet initial estimates, while preparing weekly and monthly progress reports. Review, prepare, and acquire fully executed contracts from customers and subcontractors, and prepare construction estimates with accurate site surveys. Update project management systems with actual job costs and commitments to reflect financial performance, ensuring timely billings and collections. Administer project meetings with superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors to finalize work schedules, secure submittals, and perform field investigations for quality and safety. Conduct month-end financial reviews covering revenue recognition, job costs, equipment costs, and operational expenses. This role supports SAK Construction's leadership in cured-in-place piping (CIPP) pipeline rehabilitation across the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Water or wastewater construction or field management construction experience
- hands-on experience in construction or engineering
- Experience with infrastructure related construction
- specifically CIPP construction projects
- government funded projects
- Clear understanding of managerial financial information
- familiarity with percent of cost accounting systems
- Experience with project scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project or other project management systems
