Construction Project Manager for the Charlotte, NC market. Responsible for overseeing operations on projects typically in the multifamily and commercial sector with project values >$20M. Lead and coordinate staff and sub-contractors, interface with clients, engage with municipal and regulatory authorities, and cultivate relationships with key project participants. Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience and the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
