Job Summary
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee project budgets, ensure cost-effective resource use, and prepare regular financial reports. Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors while serving as the primary contact for clients, architects, and regulatory agencies. Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and building codes by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Monitor schedules, adjust plans as necessary, and manage the permitting process to secure legal approvals. Submit progress assessments and final project reviews. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent at managing timelines and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, and safety protocols
- Proficient in cost estimation, financial planning, and resource allocation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred)
