Job Summary
Manage multiple construction projects from scope definition to closeout, coordinating budgets, specifications, and change orders while ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Schedule crews, approve contractor invoices, and track progress against approved timelines and objectives. Supervise site operations, work directly with general contractors and subcontractors, and lead a team through regular status meetings and goal facilitation. Perform risk assessments, maintain safety standards, and report escalations to management as needed. Travel to job sites and attend meetings outside typical business hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years of Project Management Experience
- Associate's degree or certificate in business, construction, engineering, architecture or related field
- 3 Years of Project Management Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering, architecture or related field
- 2 years of Project Management Experience
- 3 Years of Construction Experience
- Ability to travel to job sites
- Attend meetings and functions outside of typical business hours
- Supervisory Experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a mostly field environment
- Exposed to various weather elements including rain and extreme hot and cold
- Various amounts of standing, kneeling, climbing, bending, lifting, and carrying
- Safely perform work with appropriate safety gear
- Will require travel based on project needs
