Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects of the construction site and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising teams and subcontractors, implementing quality control measures, overseeing project schedules, preparing and managing budgets, and maintaining safety protocols. Requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams effectively.
- Strong budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in financial management.
- Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment.
