Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include developing project plans, leading project teams, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in commercial multi-level and multi-family projects, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience on commercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost control
- Knowledge of LEED principles
- Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, CAD software and ProCore
Desired Qualifications
- HUD project experience (preferred)
