Job Summary
Lead safety and quality initiatives at the site level while developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts. Manage costs and scheduling for labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors through constant communication with the owner/client regarding progress and conflict management. Requires minimum 50% travel to the jobsite. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
- Exceptional customer and client relation skills
- Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
- Contract and subcontract development and management experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Traveling to the jobsite (minimum 50% required travel)
Desired Qualifications
- Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow)
- A proven record of safety program management and implementation
- Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
