Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager responsible for managing multiple construction and small projects across the BJ’s Wholesale Club chain, including planning, budgeting, plan review, bid documents, monitoring construction and closeout; develops plans, solicits contractors, awards and manages club, gas station and remodel construction projects; coordinates with contractors, club operations, store design and procurement; monitors schedule, cost, and quality; ensures compliance with club standards and internal processes; maintains contractor performance, prepares budgets, and resolves conflicts with contractors and stakeholders.
