Job Summary
Construction Project Manager coordinates all construction activities and oversees field work for a small commercial general contractor, reporting to the Project Executive. Responsible for subcontractor buyout, scheduling, cost projections, coordinating with Owners and Architects, RFI's, submittals, leading OAC meetings, change management, review of construction documents and specifications, and closeout documentation. Requires 5+ years of general construction experience and proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. Demands strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills; compensation in the $80K-$110K range plus benefits; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of General Construction experience
- Working knowledge of Procore
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam
