Job Summary
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion; develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field operations; manage project budgets, procurement, and cost tracking; review construction documents, drawings, and project specifications; identify constructability issues and resolve problems proactively; coordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance; track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation; maintain communication with clients, consultants, field teams, and company leadership; conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, and schedule alignment; ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget; prepare project reports, updates, and closeout documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets and specifications
- Experience working with subcontractors and field teams
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with construction management software, scheduling platforms, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking systems
