Job Summary
Lead field crews across multiple trades during installation, fabrication, commissioning and startup; ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements; serve as the on-site point of contact for Engineering and the customer; proactively solve field challenges and remove obstacles for crews; communicate job status, resource needs, and progress updates to Project Engineers and Coordinators; issue change orders, redline drawings, and provide required customer documentation; oversee site safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks; collect and manage timecards and project documentation; support system startup and checkout as needed; provide post-project feedback to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or trade school equivalent
- 5–7+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
- Background in plumbing, mechanical, or process systems strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel 70%+ (projects located at customer sites nationwide)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driver health screening
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office tools in the field
