Job Summary
Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scope changes using Procore while serving as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to report progress, interpret construction drawings, and develop bid packages to solicit proposals. Lead and supervise a team to oversee construction progress, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to industry standards. Negotiate prime and subcontract agreements, create financial forecasts, and outline specifications to define project scope and delivery methods. This role requires 5–7 years of construction experience in corporate interiors, commercial, or industrial projects, with proficiency in MS Project and Bluebeam.
