Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
The role oversees multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, develops and maintains integrated project schedules, assists with billing, coordinates procurement and turnover of OFCI/OFOI items (fixtures, graphics, signage, millwork, IT equipment, security systems, IT infrastructure, and other owner-furnished assets), tracks long-lead items and installation readiness, monitors budgets and project metrics, ensures compliance with codes and safety, conducts site visits and progress meetings, prepares status reports, supports bid administration, and fosters safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects. Requires collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet requirements, schedules, and installation sequencing; travel up to 30-50%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–5 years of experience supporting or managing construction projects within retail, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience with project scheduling tools, project documentation, reporting processes, and coordination of owner-furnished equipment, fixtures, technology systems, signage, graphics, and specialty installations
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, and specialty installers in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, procurement processes, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience tracking project documentation, schedules, budgets, change order logs, and installation scopes of work
