Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and closeout of assigned crane and rigging projects from award through completion. Coordinate daily and weekly meetings with Superintendents and Project Engineers to align execution plans, review estimates for job cost and resource needs, and monitor schedules to identify critical path risks. Oversee monthly job cost updates, support cash flow projections, and manage change orders while communicating status on safety, schedule, cost, and risk to stakeholders. Interface directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with Barnhart safety standards and applicable regulations. Requires 5-10 years of experience, crane and rigging knowledge, and ability to travel up to 25% annually.
Required Qualifications
- Crane and rigging experience
- Working knowledge of crane and rigging operations and industrial construction principles
- Understanding construction contracts and changing management
- Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually
