Job Summary
Construction Project Manager - Aviation responsible for overseeing EPC/construction projects from pre-construction through warranty in the aviation sector. Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation; develop and execute project plans, risk reviews, and client relations; negotiate contracts and change orders; coordinate with engineering for deliverables; oversee RFP/bid processes, permits, and progress reporting; mentor interns and staff; ensure adherence to safety programs and policies; may involve coordination across multiple global practices and site management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred
- Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements
