Job Summary
Supervise contractors onsite to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Verify onsite quality against specifications, assist in resolving constructability and scheduling issues, and coordinate sequencing for installations and facility turnover. Support planning of project schedules and budgets while managing submittals for owner-furnished items. This role requires experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project, along with strong onsite supervision skills. Based in the New York office, this full-time position involves five days onsite collaboration with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Procore
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu
- Experience with MS Project
- Strong onsite supervision experience
- Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- This role is based in our New York office
- All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
