Job Summary
Oversee the construction of on-your-land homes within an assigned Oregon region, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and Hayden Homes systems. Responsibilities include schedule management, enforcing safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets and trade-partner negotiations, and coordinating customer communications and build-process education. Requires strong communication, time management to handle multiple deadlines, and the ability to read construction documents (including I-Joist/truss layouts and blueprints) and interpret building codes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Must be willing to travel daily within local/regional areas in Oregon with a reliable vehicle and valid license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in homebuilding/multi-project management
- Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance for daily travel
