Job Summary
Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report on key metrics while managing documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify work meets specifications and safety standards. Translate in English/Korean to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project files. Develop a comprehensive understanding of construction processes to prepare for a potential transition to a different department within the organization.
