Job Summary
Project Manager is responsible for issuing tenders and contracts for trades, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring quality and safety on site, and communicating with owners, clients, municipalities, and subcontractors. The role involves pre-construction activities (drawing/specification reviews, tendering and negotiation, permits, value engineering), on-site construction oversight to meet specifications, change orders, and progress reporting. Requires an engineering degree or CET diploma (preferred) and 3+ years of project management experience, with strong contract administration, scheduling, and stakeholder-management skills. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an engineering degree or CET diploma is preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience is required
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications for building construction

- Bluebeam experience is an asset
