Job Summary
Construction Project Manager needed to lead and manage construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across AOI's facilities. Primary responsibilities include managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources; coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; conducting site visits for quality control; ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations; managing contracts, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages; overseeing commissioning, turnover, and warranty processes. May provide Facilities maintenance support and assist in evaluating vendor proposals. Requires strong construction management experience, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency with PM software and MS Office; eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings
- Strong working knowledge of construction practices, building systems, and project financial management
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
- Authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
